This group was set up initially to help co-ordinate provision for looked after children in the borough. The group has now expanded to include the Youth Support and Development Service, Family Service Unit (a voluntary sector organisation), the Boroughs award winning Asylum Team and the Families Division of Social Services. It works to ensure that provision for young asylum seekers is of the highest standard, including opportunities for community based activities. |
